EVENT PLANNING GUIDE
The Event Planning Guide is a resource for event committees at the installation or unit level. Please also see the GAO report regarding prohibitions on providing food/beverage at campaign events. Your legal office should review and approve all plans for campaign events. And do not forget to let your CFC-O office know about your events! We can help publicize them on our Facebook page and/or website. Use the provided Event Submission Form to give us the details.
PUBLICITY PLAN
Publicity is key to campaign success. The Publicity Plan provides helpful ideas for CAPOs and publicity chairmen/committees on how to get the word out about the CFC-O.
COMMUNITY ENGAGEMENT
The Community Engagement Guide gives CAPOs some ideas on where to recruit volunteers from the overseas military community. These volunteers are in addition to the Campaign Representative structure in the units (Unit Coordinators and Keypersons) and can help with publicity and events.
